Mornings like this, coming on tiptoes and kissing your face still full of sleep, are what I enjoyed the most in my latest trip to Hakuba.

From the time I met my friends at Penke Panke lodge, I’ve been coming back to this place a lot. It’s a wonderful location surrounded by nature and the lodge is overflowing with hospitality ( apart from being super comfortable in every season). Usually, I go there to take landscape pictures of the surroundings, but this time I decided to enjoy snowboarding.

It was the first time for me to do any winter sport at all so.. taking a camera up in the mountain with me wasn’t an option (^^)
