Matsuri and Leica

What an amazing three days it has been. I just started looking at the pictures I took with the Leica M10 and the 75mm APO Summicron on day three (here’s an article where I talk about them). During the show, I also shot with my Sony cameras—an event as fast-moving as Awaodori is certainly tricky, and relying solely on Leica's manual focus (and by that, I mean relying on my manual focus) is quite a difficult bet.

But I ended up with more good pics than expected from the M10 and 75mm combo. It's definitely the best 75mm I've ever used, even if I rarely dare to betray my 35mm on the Leica. These pictures are mostly from the first few moments, taken with the Leica, as I mentioned above. With the sun still out, and energy and excitement visibly floating around... BOOM! What a blast it always is! Let me know what you think!
